NEW: Qwilr now comes in three plans: Starter, Growth, and Scale

Guy Hall|Updated Jun 11, 2026

We've spent the last few months rethinking how Qwilr's plans should map to the different ways teams use us, from one-person operations through to large companies sending hundreds of proposals per week.

Today, that work goes live.

What's new

Previously, only two plans were available with Qwilr: Business and Enterprise.

Now, there are three plans, designed around the stage you're at: Starter, Growth, and Scale.

The three plans

Starter – $35 USD per user per month (annual)

This plan is for teams getting started with Qwilr.

You get access to the core product, including e-sign, quoting, analytics and all of our CRM integrations except Salesforce.

Starter is for individuals or small teams who want to send great looking, interactive proposals but don’t need things, like automations or custom branding, that are more useful for larger teams or teams sending out higher volumes of proposals.

A pricing table showing three plans: Starter ($35), Growth ($55), and Scale ($75), with key features listed for each.

Growth – $55 USD per user per month

Growth is for teams looking to get serious about their proposal process and branding.

You get everything on Starter, plus access to automations, identity verification, custom branding, a dedicated Customer Success Manager, and more.

If you’re a growing team, looking to do more with less effort, Growth may be the plan for you.

Growth plans are annual only and come with 5 users included. Minimum annual spend is $3,300 USD.

Scale – $75 USD per user per month

Scale is our most complete plan, built for teams managing more, moving faster and looking to run automated, intelligent workflows.

You get access to everything in Growth, plus access to our Salesforce integration, the Smart Proposal Engine, team permissions and more!

If you’re looking to send highly-personalized proposals at scale, want to connect Salesforce or want to get the most out of automated proposal creation, Scale is designed for you.

Scale plans are annual only and come with 10 users included. Minimum annual spend is $9,000 USD.

We’ve got good news about our API

The API was previously only available on our Enterprise plan with a dedicated $3,000/year add-on.

Now? It’s available on all three new plans, and you only pay for the documents that you create.

Each plan includes a set number of free document creations, and varying a pay-as-you-go rates.

You'll also have the option to buy document bundles, with volume and pricing varying by plan.

Why we’re making this change

We found our old two-plan structure left teams stuck in the middle, either paying for features they didn’t need or being locked out of ones that they desperately wanted.

The new plans are designed to work for teams of all different stages and sizes.

Beyond the plan restructure, we're introducing a hybrid pricing model: a predictable per-seat baseline, with usage-based pricing layered on top for automation.

Features automated document creation via the API and the AI infrastructure of the Smart Proposal Engine incur real costs that scale with usage, and these vary significantly depending on how much you automate.

We had two options: fold those costs into seat prices for every customer regardless of usage, or find a more value-aligned approach.

We chose the latter, so you only pay for the complexity and scale you actually need. Importantly, all plans come with free usage credits so you can try before you buy.
