NEW: Upgrade to our refreshed HubSpot integration

Guy Hall|Updated Aug 21, 2026

We've rebuilt the Qwilr + HubSpot integration, giving you a smoother, more reliable experience, and opening the door to some new capabilities.

If you're a Qwilr customer using the legacy integration, it's being retired on 31 January 2027.

To keep creating and sending pages through HubSpot without interruption, you'll need to migrate to the refreshed version before then.

What's new

A smoother Create Page flow. Preview your variable values before you create a page, and create pages either from the CRM record or straight from Qwilr, whichever fits your workflow.

Connection to our new AI-powered Smart Proposal Engine. Use HubSpot data alongside your meeting notes and call transcripts to create highly personalized proposals, built with your rules, in minutes.

Your audit trail files itself. Once a page is accepted, the file uploads automatically to the HubSpot record. No more chasing it down manually.

More control over what syncs. Choose which timeline events sync from Qwilr to HubSpot, including the PDF upload, right from the integration settings page.

Qwilr logo and HubSpot logo with a double-headed arrow between them.

Why it matters

  • Less manual admin chasing audit trails and timeline events
  • Fewer surprises when creating pages, thanks to variable previews
  • Flexibility to create pages wherever you're already working, CRM or Qwilr
  • More reliable syncing overall, so your HubSpot record stays accurate

How to migrate in 3 steps

  1. Add the new Qwilr card to your HubSpot record layout
  2. Enable the new HubSpot integration
  3. Open your HubSpot templates in Qwilr and click Upgrade (this automatically swaps your variables over)

That's it. You don't need to rebuild anything, and it should only take you a couple of minutes.

A note on timing

The legacy integration will stop working after 31 January 2027.

We'd recommend migrating well ahead of that to avoid any disruption to how you create and send pages.
