Where proposals usually break the cycle

An automated cycle with a manual middle

A lead can be scored in seconds but the proposal still takes hours to put together, so the cycle stalls right at the moment that decides whether the deal closes or cools.

Deals go quiet, forecasts drift

When follow-up depends on a rep remembering to chase, deals go quiet without anyone noticing. The pipeline still reads healthy and the forecast drifts.

Rollouts that end as shelfware

A six-month implementation, a go-live, then sales quietly routes around the tool. The operator who championed it ends up defending the budget.

Automations and controls

The proposal step, configured like the rest of your stack

Proposals pre-fill from a deal record without manual re-keying, and stage updates push back to your CRM the moment the buyer signs.

Templates and pricing are admin-controlled. Locked blocks on Scale stop a rep changing terms, and team-level permissions decide who can publish.

Buyer engagement on every send

Track opens, read time and the sections each buyer returns to. Add an identification step and the analytics name whoever opens it, including people it was forwarded to.

The engagement signal fires the moment a buyer starts interacting, so follow-up lands on what they cared about.

Analytics

Track every proposal from open to close

See when proposals are opened, signed, stalled, or shared with new viewers, and set notifications to fire on key buyer events.

Each proposal stays linked to its deal record, so engagement and acceptance land against the opportunity rather than in a separate tool.

“I love the live link. It’s been really helpful to be able to make changes on the fly and not have to resend a bunch of documents. It’s a much better customer experience than someone needing to look through multiple versions to find the most current one.”

What operators say on G2

From G2.

Easy to use and creates impressive proposals.

“Qwilr does a great job. It's easy to use, produces great-looking proposal documents, integrates with HubSpot and provides a digital record that the client has accepted. Best of all, unlike the rest that I've used, the PDFs that it produces look brilliant too.”

Love it! Has saved us a tremendous amount of time in our quoting process

"One of the best features is the analytics, in tracking when the proposal has been opened, how often and the most viewed section"

Ray G.

Qwilr has helped improve our sales conversions and time to produce professional proposals

"We are able to fully track who views our proposals and this enables us to follow up with our prospects at the right time."

James C.

The best option on the market

Built-in templating, tokens, the pricing suite with tiered plans is excellent, overall look and feel adds an element of professionalism, integrations with many of the tools I use is a huge win.

Over the last two years, Qwilr has made huge and regular improvements to the editor, analytics, added agreements and several other things. I remain a big fan.

Customer story

Consolidating content and contracts into one system

TravelBank's product and pricing data changes substantially every couple of months, and old pricing kept surfacing in Word and PowerPoint files while the current data sat in Salesforce. They had planned to buy separate content and contract management tools, quoted at $40,000 to $50,000. Qwilr covered both for 87% less and cut document generation time by 30%.

“The ultimate proof that we'd invested in the right solution was mid-COVID. Our business model was overhauled and in 2 weeks, every single document had to reflect new pricing, products and imagery. We achieved it, but only because our whole document system was run on Qwilr.”

Connor Lawrence, Director of Revenue Operations

Time to implement

Live in days, not months

Heavy CPQ rollouts typically run three to six months and need a dedicated program manager. This is lighter: configurable where ops needs the control, and reps don't need a training program.

A first proposal can go out in days. ShowingTime built their templates in three to four weeks alongside the Salesforce integration, and ops keeps control of those templates after go-live, not just through it.

Built for procurement

Over 5,000 organizations use Qwilr. The detail procurement asks for is on the Trust Center.

Secure

Completed a SOC 2 Type 2 audit, renewed annually, on AWS infrastructure.

Compliant

GDPR compliant, with a DPA available on request. PCI DSS compliant payment processing through Stripe.

Private

Role-based access control, OAuth SSO on every plan, and SAML SSO on Scale. Data handling and residency detail is on the Trust Center.

Reliable

A public status page with full incident history, and availability monitored around the clock.

Frequently asked questions

Yes, three ways.

The public API creates pages from a template or from saved blocks, and subscribes to buyer events by webhook. API access runs on Starter, Growth and Scale. Zapier and Make cover the same ground without code, and Zapier is native to Qwilr.

Page creation through the API or an automation tool consumes Credits on top of your subscription, on a bundle or pay-as-you-go. Creating pages manually, or through the CRM integrations, does not.

Mid-market teams of roughly 5 to 50 reps get the most out of this. Details are in the API documentation.

Deal records in your CRM trigger the right template. Field mappings handle name, contact, deal value, line items and custom fields both ways, and signed agreements push stage updates back in real time.

HubSpot, Pipedrive and Zoho CRM connect from Starter, with their automations on Growth. Microsoft Dynamics sits on Growth, and Salesforce on Scale. Current figures are on the pricing page.

Custom field mapping is configurable, so the shape of your pipeline is what loads into the proposal. The full list is on the integrations page.

Qwilr has quoting built into the proposal page: configurable pricing tables, optional line items, sub-totals and discount rules. For most mid-market sales operations that covers the quoting work without a separate system.

Heavy CPQ engines like Salesforce CPQ or Oracle CPQ are built for hundred-product catalogs with complex multi-entity pricing, and take months rather than weeks to roll out.

Teams with that pricing complexity run a CPQ engine alongside Qwilr. Teams without it find the built-in quoting covers what they need. There is also a HubSpot Quotes comparison if that is the native option you're weighing.

No, and we don't pretend to be. RevOps platforms try to own the whole revenue function: CRM, CPQ, forecasting, attribution.

Qwilr is the proposal and quote layer that talks to whatever stack you already run. Ops teams with a full stack add Qwilr to it. Ops teams without one use Qwilr as the step that builds branded proposals straight from the CRM record.

The practical test is whether your proposal step is currently ungoverned. If reps are assembling documents by hand between a scored lead and a closed deal, that gap is what Qwilr fills.

On a shortlist the closest tools are PandaDoc and Proposify, and DocuSign covers the signature step alone: Qwilr vs PandaDoc, Qwilr vs Proposify, Qwilr vs DocuSign. Where enablement rather than ops owns the content, the sales enablement view covers the same product from that angle.

Qwilr has completed a SOC 2 Type 2 audit, renewed annually, and the report is on the Qwilr Trust Dashboard. Payment processing runs through Stripe and is PCI DSS compliant, and Qwilr is compliant with GDPR requirements, with a DPA available on request.

OAuth SSO through Google Workspace, Microsoft, HubSpot and Salesforce is available on every plan. SAML SSO is available on Scale. SCIM provisioning is not supported at this time. Role-based access control is standard, and team-level permissions decide who can publish.

Data handling, residency, retention and sub-processors are all set out on the Trust Center.
