How do you actually know if your proposals are working?
If you want to rely on anything other than gut feel, you need real numbers on things like average time on page, buyer interactions, and whether proposals are actually getting signed or not.
Up until now, answering those questions meant clicking through pages one by one.
But those days are no more!
What it is
You can now export your Qwilr data, as a .csv, giving you a materially clearer picture of analytics across your account.
With this update, you’re able to pull your data out and analyse it however you see fit, whether that's in your own business intelligence tool, a spreadsheet, or handed straight to your favourite AI agent.

What you can export
The types of data fall into two main buckets:
Pages and content performance
Use this to get a list of pages in your account alongside data to understand if your content is actually working.
Look at things like proposal acceptance, buyer viewership and engagement, and how your templates are performing, all in aggregate.
User adoption and utilization
These reports help you understand how your team is using Qwilr.
You’ll be able to see logins, active users, pages created per person or team, sessions, and seat utilisation.
Why it matters
- Use account-level data to see what's working and what's not, and iteratively improve your proposals to help increase your close rates.
- Make decisions backed by your own numbers, not assumptions.
- Get your data sent straight to your email, self-serve, instead of clicking through pages one by one.
- Your Qwilr data doesn't stay siloed. Join it with your business intelligence tools and the rest of your tech stack.
- See how your team is actually using Qwilr, so you can coach and drive adoption where it's needed most.
How to export your data
1. Start your export
Go to Analytics > Export data, or hit the Export data from your Pages dashboard.
2. Pick what you need
Choose Pages or People and teams and a date range, and narrow it down to a specific folder if you like.
3. Hit export
Review your summary, click Export, and you’ll receive your .csv to your email inbox.
If you get stuck, please check out these helps docs or chat to our team if you want a hand getting started.
A couple of things worth knowing:
Page exports cover every page in your account, with fields, up to 1000 rows.
For performance analytics, the lookback window depends on your plan:
- Starter and legacy Business get 1 year
- Growth and legacy Business+ plans get 2 years
- Scale and legacy Enterprise get up to 5 years of history from February 2024 onwards.
