Sales leaders, if you need every proposal your team sends to be world-class and error-free, we've got some good news.
Big things are coming to Qwilr.
We're working on a ton of exciting releases, including an MCP, more AI content creation capabilities, five new integrations, smarter conditional content logic, quote flexibility, and more.
Here's a sneak peek at what's in store over the next little while.
Qwilr MCP
Work in Qwilr from inside your favorite AI assistant (like Claude or ChatGPT), connecting Qwilr with the rest of your tech stack, cutting out the tab-switching and making your team more efficient.
Create proposals from templates, check the performance of your proposals, like which of your proposals (and which sections within them) are getting the most views, set proposals live, and more.
For teams already living inside an AI assistant day to day, Qwilr becomes part of your preferred workflow.

New AI content creation capabilities
Creating content for your proposals is about to get even easier, as we give you the power to generate images and create entire content blocks with AI.
You’ll also be able to teach Qwilr's AI your brand voice and how your team sells, once, and it'll use both automatically every time it helps build a proposal.
This means you can create and edit proposal content quickly, thanks to AI, while still protecting your brand guidelines.
New and refreshed CRM integrations
You'll soon be able to integrate Qwilr with Microsoft Dynamics, monday CRM, HighLevel, and Attio. We'll also be refreshing our HubSpot and Salesforce integrations.
Generate proposals and quotes directly from your CRM, automatically personalize your collateral with CRM data, and reduce manual work with advanced automations.
You'll be able to connect all of these, including the refreshed HubSpot and Salesforce integrations, to our Smart Proposal Engine.
For sales teams, that means the ability to automatically generate proposals that are ready-to-go with accurate CRM data, personalized at scale, and much less manual admin keeping deal info up to date.

Microsoft Teams integration
Integrating with Microsoft Teams will let you use Teams notifications to stay on top of what's happening in your deals.
Get notified when something significant happens in your proposal, like when a buyer starts to sign and then stops, when someone new views your page, or when your buyer signs.
In sales, timing is everything and these kind of alerts let you knowing the moment a deal needs attention.
(P.S. If your team uses Slack, we already have you covered. Connect with our Slack integration for the same real-time notifications today.)
Quote design flexibility
Quotes will be able to live anywhere in your proposals, including in columns, alongside images, or wherever they make the most sense.
You’ll also be able to apply things like taxes, discounts and markups on a line-by-line basis.
This gives you enhanced design flexibility and helps make your quotes clearer, so pricing sits exactly where it's easiest for a buyer to find it.

Enhanced conditional content logic
Set rules to conditionally determine whether specific pieces of content, like images, videos, or tables, show up in your proposal.
Working with the updates to quoting in Qwilr, covered above, you’re going to be able to apply conditional logic to quotes, determining things like which line items show up based on the specifics of your deal.
Using built-in logic to automate proposal personalization saves your reps time, while engaging buyers with a more tailored experience, increasing your chances of winning the deal.
And there’s more!
We’ve got some other plans in the works that we’re just as excited about.
Keep your eyes peeled, we’ll have more info coming soon.
