You can now export your Qwilr account data, giving you a clearer picture of your proposals’ performance, and your team’s usage of Qwilr, across your whole account.
What's new?
- Export pages and content performance data: proposal acceptance, buyer viewership and engagement, and more, at an account level.
- Export user adoption and utilisation data: logins, active users, pages created per person or team, sessions, and seat utilisation.
- Download your data and plug it into your own business intelligence tool, a spreadsheet, or hand it to your AI agent of choice.

- Spot what's working and what's not, without clicking through pages one by one.
- Make decisions backed by your own numbers, not assumptions.
- See how your team is actually using Qwilr, so you can coach and drive adoption where it's needed.
- Join your Qwilr data with the rest of your tech stack, instead of leaving it siloed.
To start an export…
Go to Analytics > Export data, or hit the Export data from your Pages dashboard.
From there, choose Pages or People and teams, then narrow it down by folder and date range if you need.
Review your summary, click Export, and you’ll receive your csv to your email inbox.

This feature is limited to the Admins in your account.
Analytics lookback depends on your plan:
1 year on Starter and legacy Business
2 years on Growth and legacy Business+
Up to 5 years (from February 2024) on Scale and legacy Enterprise.
