NEW: Combine your HubSpot data, meeting notes and call transcripts to create personalized proposals, built with your rules, in minutes

Every deal has two versions of the truth.
There's what's sitting in your HubSpot fields, and there's everything else: the pain point your buyer mentioned on the call, the objection that came up in the follow-up meeting, the detail that would make this proposal actually land instead of sounding generic.
Most of that second version never makes it into the proposal.
Not because reps don't care, but because pulling it all together by hand takes too long.
That's what we've fixed.
You can now connect HubSpot to the Smart Proposal Engine, so your CRM data, call transcripts and meeting notes all flow straight into your proposals, automatically.
We’ve just released a new version of our HubSpot integration, which you’ll need to be using if you’d like to connect HubSpot to the Smart Proposal Engine. Check out these documents to learn more about making the switch.
The Smart Proposal Engine is exclusively available on our Scale plan.
Here's how it works
Once HubSpot is connected, reps don't need to touch a single field by hand.
They go through a guided proposal creation flow, answering a short set of prompts about the deal.
As they do, deal, contact and company details pull in straight from HubSpot. There’s no need to be manually copying fields across and hoping nothing got missed.
For anything that isn't sitting neatly in a HubSpot field, reps can paste in a call transcript or a set of meeting notes. AI reads through it and pulls out what's relevant, like the buyer's use case, their timeline, or an objection they raised, and drops it straight into the proposal.
As all of this comes together, the adapts itself to the details of your deal.
The right pricing applies, the right sections appear, and the right messaging shows up for that specific buyer.
Before any of it goes live, a RevOps manager or sales lead has set up the workflow up in the template: determining which HubSpot fields populate automatically, where AI is allowed to pull from call notes, and which content has to appear based on their answers.
Reps get the speed. Your sales rules stay intact.
Why it matters
- Reps spend minutes on personalization instead of hours
- Proposals carry all the right details, pulled straight from HubSpot
- Deal context from calls and meetings actually reaches the buyer
- Your team only has to manage one template, that dynamically adapts to buyers, rather than the ten versions that they had previous
Important note
To use HubSpot with the Smart Proposal Engine, you’ll need to be using our new HubSpot integration. If you’re on our old HubSpot integration, you can learn more about making the switch here.
The Smart Proposal Engine is limited to our Scale plan, and requires the use of automated document creation credits.
