Internal automations let admins set simple rules that move pages to folders and add tags automatically whenever something happens to a page.

What’s new?

• Trigger-based rules: choose the moment that matters, like a page being created, viewed for the first time or accepted.
• Automatic filing: move pages to a folder as soon as the trigger fires.
• Consistent tagging: add one or more tags to a page, applied the same way every time.
• Owner filters: limit a rule to pages owned by specific team members, so different teams or regions can follow their own rules.

Why this matters

• Less admin: nobody has to file and tag pages by hand anymore.
• Tidier accounts: pages end up where they belong, every time.
• Clearer visibility: your folders follow your pipeline, so you can see where each deal stands at a glance.
• Consistent tagging: tags don’t depend on anyone remembering to add them.

Only admins can create and manage automations. Internal automations are available on Starter, Growth and Scale, and on Business or Enterprise plans that were paying for API access.
