Customer success teams use Qwilr to share onboarding plans, quarterly business reviews and renewal or expansion proposals. Start with a customer onboarding plan or a QBR template, then tailor the content to the customer’s goals and progress. Each document is a web page with its own link, and reading activity can help you prepare for the next conversation.
Yes. Supported fields from your CRM integration can populate a QBR through template variables. Available fields and setup depend on the integration. For usage figures held elsewhere, add the data before sharing or use the Qwilr API to populate a new page.
Customers can review the renewal quote and sign on the same Qwilr page. Interactive quotes can include optional add-ons, with the total updating as the customer selects them. Add payment collection when it fits your billing process, or keep your existing invoicing workflow. Once accepted, the page is locked against editing.
Yes. You can edit a shared page that has not been accepted, and customers will see the updated content when they reopen the same link. This is useful for keeping onboarding plans and QBRs current. Accepted pages cannot be edited; clone the page if you need a separate, editable version.
