NEW: Connect Salesforce to the Smart Proposal Engine

Guy Hall|Updated Sep 2, 2026

We’ve refreshed our Salesforce integration, unlocking a direct connection to our AI-powered Smart Proposal Engine!

You can now create personalized proposals, in just a few clicks, that are built around your sales rules, Salesforce data and all that context that you’ve captured in your sales cycle.

A software interface showing integration with Salesforce, as a user selects 'Account' from Salesforce record options to create an enterprise proposal.

What's new?

  • You can now use Salesforce data alongside other data sources — like call transcripts and meeting notes — to populate templates that automatically configure themselves around your deal details
  • Salesforce data is fed directly into the proposal, while AI is used to extract deal info from unstructured sources (like meeting notes and call transcripts)
  • RevOps and sales leaders retain control of the process, defining which data sources are allowed, which form fields must be completed, where AI can be used and which content adapts based on their deal data

Why this matters

  • Reps create highly personalized proposals in just a few clicks, freeing up time for selling
  • Buyers see only the content that is relevant to their deal, giving them a better experience
  • RevOps and sales leaders don’t need to worry about reps sending the wrong pricing, content or going against their sales playbook
  • Your team only has to manage one adaptable template, rather than the dozen variations sitting in your folder
  • Deal context captured during the sales cycle (Salesforce data, call transcripts, meeting notes) actually makes it into the proposal
