You can now add a formal agreement to your Qwilr pages!

Some organizations need the proposals that they receive to look a certain way, and it’s now easier than ever for Qwilr users to work with these buyers.

With Agreements, you can now provide your prospect a clear, print-friendly outline of your offering alongside your eye-catching proposal.

Giving your buyer what they need

Qwilr pages are unmatched when it comes to cutting through the noise.

And, while Qwilr has always been a great tool for capturing digital signatures, we know that some users need plain-looking contracts and downloadable PDFs to share with their buying committees and internal champions.

If you work with government-related entities, large enterprise clients or just more “traditional” organizations, you’ll know that they often have fairly specific needs when it comes to documentation.

Buyers like these want the proposals that they receive to meet certain formatting criteria, include a formal signing area – or just look like the kinds of contracts that they’re used to.

Introducing…Agreements

With Agreements, you’ll now be able to satisfy your buyer’s requirements by including print-friendly, plain-text agreements within your Qwilr page.

Cut back your tech stack

Previously, when working with certain buyers, you may have had to send over your Qwilr proposal and then, once it’s been accepted in principle, follow up with a formal contract or other agreement.

This had several drawbacks: a more fragmented buyer experience, extra work from your team and – perhaps most importantly – the use of an additional piece of software.

Well, those days are gone and you can now well and truly do it all with Qwilr.

You can captivate your buyer with an engaging proposal, clearly outline the intricacies of your offer in an agreement, and seal the deal with legally compliant e-signature. All on one page.

This means you can cut back on your tech toolkit (so long, Docusign!) and simplify things for both you and your buyer.

Do more with less

At Qwilr, we pride ourselves on our ability to make things easier for you and your team – and this feature represents another step forward on that journey.

You can now use Qwilr for all your contracting and e-sign needs, as well as your marketing materials, sales collateral and more!
