We’ve had HubSpot Automations in beta for some time and released a series of Slack Automations in September last year. Plus, we just announced our new Salesforce Automations.

If you’re a HubSpot user, you’re about to save hours every week.

Here’s a little glimpse of what’s possible with our HubSpot Automations…

  • Keep your pipelines clean - Update your pipeline stage when a Qwilr page status changes, so your CRM knows as soon as the deal has been won or lost.

  • Sending personalized invoices – Sync accepter names, emails and organizations – or any custom responses – and then use these deal fields as conditions to automatically send personalized invoices, allowing your reps to focus on their next deal.

  • Triggering tasks for reps – Qwilr works efficiently with HubSpot’s Workflows tool, and this means you can create tasks for reps, like following up when a page is declined or accepted.

  • Syncing opportunity line items – Tired of chasing reps to update which package your buyer selected? Automatically sync the opportunity line items in Salesforce to match the items accepted via Qwilr.

  • Sending expiry reminders – Connecting Qwilr with Salesforce Flows allows you to set up hands-free sequences that help drive deal urgency. For example, you can use the expiry date of your proposal to automate a reminder email from Salesforce that the deal is expiring soon.

  • Segmenting welcome messages – By syncing payment captured in Qwilr with Salesforce, you can trigger specific welcome emails that vary depending on whether or not your client has paid, partially paid, or not paid at all.
