Time-saving automations. Compliance-friendly contracts. Improved client payment experiences.

Over the last few months, we’ve released a ton of new features that will make Qwilr even more useful for your team and even more impressive for your clients.

Want to make sure you’re up to date? Here’s the latest scoop…

Collect recurring payments automatically

What’s New:

You are now able to automatically collect recurring payments and subscriptions via QwilrPay, our integrated payment solution built directly into your proposals and quotes.

Plus, we released the ability for you to automate recurring invoicing with QwilrPay.

You can now choose between automatically charging the payment method on file, or emailing customers an invoice, with payment terms and a payment link, each billing cycle.

Why This Matters:

This means less busywork, smoother workflows, and more ways for you to get paid — and better payment experiences for your clients.

Send compliance-friendly contracts

What’s New:

You can now require your buyers to initial or sign specific clauses of your Agreements in Qwilr.

Why This Matters:

You can ensure all your contracts meet your team’s compliance requirements, and use Qwilr to send plain-text contracts as well as dynamic proposals.

Save time with Automations

We officially released our Automations library, and with them a ton of new capabilities.

What’s New:

First up, we launched brand new Salesforce Automations.

Salesforce teams can now automatically trigger CRM updates, and fill standard and custom fields in their Opportunities with information based on what’s happening in Qwilr pages.

Next, we launched a similar suite of Automations for Pipedrive, taking work off your reps’ plates.

For all you HubSpot users, you can now automatically sync things like Page Views, Page Links and Expiry dates to fill standard or custom fields in your HubSpot deals.

And finally, we updated our Slack notifications to give you a clearer picture of what’s happening in your Qwilr pages.

Why This Matters:

Manual work leads to human error and inefficient processes.

With our Automations, you can drastically reduce the amount of admin that your sales team is doing. This means less time updating the CRM and more time selling.
