Block Styles

Qwilr has been built to empower anyone to create beautiful consuming-facing documents, and we’ve recently launched Block Styles—a simple way to design beautiful documents.

Block Styles is still currently rolling out to all customers, so if you don’t recognize any new features, don’t worry, they’re on their way!

Whether you’re a large corp who needs to match brand guidelines, or a freelancer or small business owner looking to elevate your brand, Block Styles will allow you to create beautiful documents in a few clicks. Engage your audience, create reusable templates, and use with the other powerful features of Qwilr to give your business the best chance of standing out.

Updates to HubSpot and Salesforce

Automate your HubSpot Products

Automatically pull in Products from your HubSpot Deals into Qwilr to speed up your quote and proposal process. This update is only available to customers on our Business and Enterprise plans. If you’re already using HubSpot, get in touch to try it out.

Salesforce workflows

Salesforce workflows lets you automate standard internal procedures and processes to save time across your organization. Automatically move leads across your pipeline whenever they interact with your Qwilr Pages, and create personalized pages using clients details directly from Salesforce. This update is only available to customers on our Business and Enterprise plans.

Upsell with packages

Have you ever noticed this icon in your Quote Block?

You can customize your quote package to give your clients more options and upsell other services or products you might provide. It’s also a really handy way to structure things like booking or sponsorships, where you may have different tiers or groupings. Try it the next time you create a quote.

Better search

We’ve recently improved search to make it faster to find what you’re looking for in your dashboard. Searching for pages will now consider your document tags and content, rather than your page title, so you’re left with more relevant and accurate results.
